Please provide clear reference images; if you character is very dark/light/neon I may alter the colours slightly (e.g. reduce saturation) to make them easier for me to work with.

You may reupload your commission to any site as long as credit is given.

If you require a deadline, it must be agreed before payment is sent and may incur a surcharge.

My usual turnaround time for commissions is up to 1 month (from the date of receiving full payment); I will inform you if there are likely to be any delays.

I retain the right to turn down commission.

Payments are made via PayPal invoice - invoices not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.

Payment plans are usually accepted. Unless otherwise stated, I will not start work on your commission until the full amount has been paid.

No refunds given unless I am unable to complete your commission, in which case you will be contacted beforehand and shall be

refunded in full.

You will be shown a sketch or concept of your commission which you may request changes to; I am happy to make as many changes as necessary during the sketching stage but will not make further edits after this unless I have made a mistake regarding character design or something previously agreed upon.

You may change the characters) featured in a commission if a sketch has not yet been approved.

Remember to always credit my original design.

No refunds will be given once a design has been already paid; I will not make any changes to premade designs after payment has been sent (but I am happy to edit the reference sheet to include a name).

You may trade, sell, gift the design if no longer required - you may resell designs for any price, so long as the buyer is aware if they are paying more than the amount you spent.

You may make changes to the design but it must remain recognisable; do not draw over my art without my permission.

I retain the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs
